Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you purchase from us! So if you have changed your mind or received a faulty product we do accept returns. Refunds will only be provided if the products are faulty and for all other returns we offer Exchange or/and Store Credits.

We thoroughly examine our products for any damages/faulty before they leave our warehouse so the chances you get damaged/faulty items are very rare!

Conditions of Returns:

  1. All returns must be returned to Winsome Girl within 14 business days of the date of sale.
  2. All returns that are not within above time frame will not be accepted.
  3. The shipping costs to returns should be at sender’s expense and must have tracking details.
  4. You must first complete the Return Form before returning any items. If you do not contact us first your returns will not be accepted.
  5. Conditions of the return items must be in original conditions in a poly bag, this being said they have to be:
    • Unworn
    • Unperfumed
    • Tags still attached
    • Unwashed
    • Unstained
  6. Any items that are not in its original conditions will not be offered exchange/store credits. So please do care when you try them on!
  7. Items that are returned may be subjected to a restocking fee if they were outside the 14-day period.

 

Items that cannot be Returned :

  • Items that were purchased on Sale.
  • Items in Accessories.
  • Swimwear.
  • Hosiery.
  • Lingerie.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons we do not accept returns of all above items.

 

Exchanges:

  • We do not guarantee different sizes/colours will be available in stock to exchange.
  • You must email us at info@winsomegirl.com to complete the Return Form and follow the Return Process below.
  • Money Refunds/Store Credits will be automatically provided to you so you could purchase any items that you desire.

 

Return Process:

  • You must email to info@winsomegirl.com your order details ASAP.
  • So we will send you a Return Form to complete and send back to us.
  • Please email us the tracking details of the package.
  • Once we have received the items they will be assessed and if the items are in original conditions we will offer you Full Refunds or Store Credits.
