Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase from us! If you change your mind or receive a faulty product, we do accept returns. Please submit your return request within 30 days of dispatch of your order. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • All returns must be sent to Winsome Girl within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the sender’s responsibility and must include tracking details.

  • You must complete the Return Form via our email before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

  • We recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl is not responsible if your return goes missing in transit.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaged in a poly bag. This means they must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unperfumed

    • With tags still attached

    • Unwashed

    • Unstained

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for an exchange or full refund. Please take care when trying on your items.

  • Returns outside the 30-day period may be subject to a restocking fee.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Swimwear

  • Hosiery

  • Lingerie

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept returns for any of the above items.


International Returns:

  • International returns will be issued a full refund once received back at our warehouse.

  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded for "change of mind" returns. Only the product value will be refunded.

  • Winsome Girl does not cover the cost of returns as well.

  • We recommend obtaining tracking for your return parcel, as Winsome Girl is not responsible if your return goes missing in transit.


Exchanges or Refunds:

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@winsomegirl.com and follow the return process via email.

  • We cannot guarantee that different sizes or colors will be available for exchange.

  • If an exchange is not possible, we will provide a full refund or store credit so you can purchase another item of your choice.

Return Process:

  1. Email info@winsomegirl.com with your order details as soon as possible.

  2. We will send you a Return Form to complete and send back via email.

  3. Email us the tracking details once you have shipped the package.

  4. Once we receive your return, we will assess the items. If they are in original condition, we will process a full refund or store credit.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
