Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (GMT+10) Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after cut-off on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Handling Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched. Handling time is separate from your shipping time and does not include delivery. During sale and high volume periods please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

Important Regional Notices

Middle East

Shipping is currently suspended to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Jordan due to airspace restrictions. We apologise for the inconvenience and will update this notice when shipping resumes.

Turkey

Orders exceeding $250 AUD may not clear Turkish customs and could be returned to our warehouse. We recommend keeping orders under this amount when shipping to Turkey.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Australian orders: Tracked via Australia Post. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left and your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection.

International orders: Tracked via Australia Post or DHL Express. You will also receive an On-Demand Delivery notification allowing you to update your delivery preferences.

Please note: If you authorise the carrier to leave your parcel without a signature, Winsome Girl and the carrier are not liable for any loss or theft of the parcel.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you do not wish to keep your items upon receiving them, you are welcome to return them for Store Credit in accordance with our Returns Policy. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind purchases.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. Winsome Girl is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees and cannot predict which orders these charges will apply to.


Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL and our team are unable to arrange re-delivery before DHL's cut-off time, the parcel will be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the destination country. No refund or Store Credit will be issued for parcels that are unclaimed or refused.

If our team is able to arrange return of the parcel, the original shipping cost paid at checkout and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the order total. The remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit to your Winsome Girl account.


Return to Sender

Any orders returned to our warehouse as undeliverable will receive a Store Credit for the value of the items purchased. The original shipping cost paid at checkout and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the order total before Store Credit is issued. To find out why your order was returned, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. This is most commonly due to an invalid or incomplete delivery address.


Delays & Lost in Transit

Winsome Girl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit once an order has been dispatched. Winsome Girl does not take responsibility for any order once delivery has been confirmed by tracking.

There may be delays in customs processing which are beyond our control. Winsome Girl does not take responsibility for any customs processing delays.
