Returns Policy
We hope you love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns for Store Credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 business days from the date of purchase
- Unworn, unwashed, and unstained
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup marks
- All original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Return Form completed via email before sending — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Return shipping must include tracking details
We accept one change-of-mind return per order. Once a change-of-mind return has been processed, no further returns for the same order will be accepted.
Winsome Girl reserves the right to reject any return if the garment is not returned in its original condition. Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will be rejected.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Swimwear
- Hosiery
- Lingerie
- Earrings
Orders paid using Store Credit or Return Gift Cards are final sale for change-of-mind purposes.
If any item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, a remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law regardless of the above conditions.
How to Request a Return
- Email info@winsomegirl.com with your order number
- List the items you wish to return and the reason for your return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email
- Send your parcel within 30 business days of purchase
- Include tracking on your return parcel
- Email us the tracking number once dispatched
Winsome Girl is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

Store Credit
Store Credit is issued for all approved returns. Once your return is received and assessed:
- Store Credit will be processed within 2 business days
- Store Credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- Store Credit is non-refundable once applied to your account
- Your Store Credit balance can be viewed by logging into your Winsome Girl account
- Store Credit can be applied at checkout during the payment step
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@winsomegirl.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the fault or error
Once assessed and confirmed, you will be eligible for a refund, replacement, or Store Credit — your choice — in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
International Returns
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, Store Credit will be issued for approved international returns.
- Winsome Girl does not cover or refund international return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked service for international returns
Paid with Afterpay or Klarna?
Once your return has been approved, Store Credit will be issued as normal. If your item is faulty or incorrect, a refund or replacement will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Afterpay: You may continue your instalment payments directly with Afterpay while your return is being processed.
- Klarna: You may continue your instalment payments directly with Klarna while your return is being processed.
